Kate Middleton and Prince William spark frenzy as Cambridges break new Royal Family ground | Royal | News (Reports)

During the Royal Rota podcast, ITV’s Chris Ship and Lizzie Robinson discussed Kate Middleton and Prince William’s “first ever” montage video on Instagram, showing Prince William’s visit to Belfast. Some viewers took to social media to praise the footage, stating the Duke of Cambridge will make a perfect King.  

Mr Ship said: “I noticed that the Kensington Palace did for the first time on their Instagram feed, it was 15 second videos, they put up a little montage.

“It was a very quick 15 second update of what Prince William had been up to that day.”

Ms Robinson replied: “This visit is building on some of the work William and Kate have been doing throughout the pandemic.

“They really are committed to this and it is something they plan to work on for the months ahead as we hopefully come out of this pandemic.”

Some viewers took to social media to praise the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge following the Instagram post.

One Instagram user said: “What a perfect King you will be. Very proud to have YOU, Kate and your children.”

Another commented: “This was an amazing engagement!!! So happy that our Duke was out and about today.”

A third wrote: “Can’t wait to see more of your work for emergency responders next year through the Royal Foundation as set out in your annual report.”

“I am really excited about it and think it bring positive change not just for football but for the fans and everybody else in the country after everything that has gone on in the last few months.”

Mr Ship added: “This is what the royals are about isn’t it?

“It is about focusing the media’s attention where necessary on some things and issues they would like to raise.

“That is kind of what they do, it is what Camilla did this week and William has done this week.”

Ms Robinson replied: “Job done.”
