GMB host Kate Garraway was quizzed by fellow presenter Ranvir Singh after pictures emerged showing her with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Ranvir commented that Kate had kept the meeting “very quiet”.
Kate then revealed she had met the royals for a Pride of Britain Awards project.
The GMB star said: “So this was yesterday.
“It was a great honour for me, I got to spend a bit of time with them because they were giving their time…”
Ranvir interrupted: “They look like they are ignoring you there.”
“But it’s very, very moving. And they [Kate and William] are involved in that.”
In the pictures, royal couple William and Kate are both wearing blue suits.
GMB presenter Kate, who looks stunning in a floral dress, can be seen behind the pair.
Royal fans are likely to be looking forward to seeing William and Kate’s role in the Pride of Britain Awards.

Since restrictions eased, they have started stepped out for face-to-face royal duties again.
