We Three announces first Christmas single

Los Angeles, California – Sibling trio We Three’s started out as unknowns auditioning on America’s Got Talent. Their emotionally charged tribute to their late mother, ‘Heaven’s Not Too Far’, struck a chord with so many people who had also lost loved ones and reduced judge Mel B to tears.

As the festive season draws near, We Three reflect on their memories of their final Christmas with their mother with the heartfelt new single ‘Our Last Christmas Eve’. At a time when so many are thinking of the family members and friends that are no longer with us, We Three celebrate the small things that make Christmas what it is. And they’re the things that you don’t realize are important until they’re gone: turning on the lights on the tree, hanging the Christmas wreath or snuggling to watch TV in your favorite pajamas.

Vocalist / guitarist Manny Humlie commented, “This song is the most memorable Christmas I have. Knowing it’s your last Christmas with your mother is not an easy thing to come to terms with. But within all the painful memories they’re are so many beautiful ones as well. There are some heavy lyrics, but I hope when you listen you can feel the beautiful parts as well.”

The track’s official video expands upon that heart-rending reflection with extensive home video flashbacks to the siblings’ childhood with their mother. And while the message is serious, there’s still some room for seasonal fun as a flurry of snow falls during the band’s energized performance.

‘Our Last Christmas Eve’ is the title track to the band’s new EP, which is out now. Noah Guthrie, their friend from ‘America’s Got Talent’ and former ‘Glee’ actor, lends his rich vocal tone to the tender indie/folk-pop love song ‘When I’m With You’. The package is completed with an updated 2020 reworking of ‘Heaven’s Not Too Far’, which flavors the much loved original with some alt-pop embellishments and grungy dynamics.

We Three introduced the new songs during last night’s virtual live concert. Held at The Elsinore in Salem, Oregon, the set included favorites from both of their albums and the ‘Machine’ EP as they made a long-awaited reconnection with fans from all over the world.
