Meghan Markle and Prince Harry appear to be “crowd-sourcing” future podcast guests, according to royal commentators. Royally Obsessed podcast hosts Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito discussed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s encouragement for people to “share their stories” on the Archewell website. They noted that this was the only clear way to contact the royal couple as there is no social media listed.

Ms Bowie told listeners: “The site encourages involvement only through a submission form.

“The submission form says, ‘how do you activate compassion in the world?’

“It says, ‘We want to hear from you. Tell us about how you or somebody you know acted with compassion in the last year’.

“‘Or describe when you felt connected with your friends, family, or community, despite the distance’.”

She continued: “It’s not clear how they would use these stories.

“If they gather them will they then reach out to certain people who they really admire?

“I think that could be a possibility.

“I also thought that part was really cool because of the thought that Harry and Meghan could call you because of your good deed.”

The ‘Get Involved’ section of the Archewell website has five field entries to “share your story”.

This includes the submitter’s name, email, location and description of story.

Visitors to the website can also share a video, post or link, but it is not required.

There is no social media promoted, concurring with the news that the couple is planning not to return to any of the platforms they previously used.

A source told day Times that the Duke and Duchess are “very unlikely” to use Twitter or Instagram due to receiving overwhelming “hate”.
