The ex-England rugby player and the Queen’s eldest granddaughter posed for a picture which Mike Tindall shared on his Instagram account. Earlier this month, Mike revealed that Zara was pregnant with the couple’s third child on his podcast.
He said his wife was being careful after she suffered two previous miscarriages.
In their latest picture together, the couple are wearing scarves pulled over their faces in support of the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation which hopes to find a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.
Mike’s post was captioned: “Not the best way to start 2021 going into competition with my better half especially a pregnant one but sometimes it has to be done for great causes.
“Please get involved with @myname5doddie @doddiegump but make sure you chose the right team! #scottishexiles great way to get in shape through January whilst helping a fantastic cause!”
Mike and Zara already have two children Mia Grace, six, and Lena Elizabeth, two.
When the news was announced, a Buckingham Palace spokesman said the Queen and Prince Philip were “delighted” by their granddaughter’s pregnancy.
A source close to the couple told the Daily Telegraph: “Zara is four months pregnant and they are absolutely delighted to be able to share this news.”
In his podcast earlier this month, Mike said: “It’s been a good week for me, had a little scan last week – third Tindall on its way.”

Speaking on his podcast, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby, earlier this month Mike said: “I’d like a boy this time, I’ve got two girls, I would like a boy.
“I’ll love it whether a boy or a girl – but please be a boy.”
Zara Tindall was the first member of the Royal Family to speak openly about miscarriage after she had two following Mia’s birth in 2014.
Mike added: “Z is very good, always careful because of things that have happened in the past, and really looking forward to it.”
Last week, the couple’s daughters interrupted his rugby podcast recording.
Mike was speaking to Alex Payne and James Haskell during the podcast’s Christmas special when his youngest daughter crashed the recording.
During the interruption, Zara can be seen in the doorway calling after Lena to come out of the room.
She gave the podcast hosts a wave before beckoning her daughter to come.
Royal fans appeared to love the adorable interruption during the podcast and commented on how much the young daughters have grown.
One social media user wrote: “Oh my god, they are so big and different.”
